In 2008 Vincenzo, together with his sons Paolo and Stefano Giardiello, decided to establish QP Mechanics. The company name, an acronym for Quality Precision Mechanics, expresses the concept of precision, passion and attention to product quality that drives our work.

Vincenzo’s passion for this profession stems from his own: finding technical solutions is a true vocation for him: he does not give up in the face of any challenge until he arrives at at least two solutions. His tenacity and projection toward the customer was learned from his sons Paolo and Stefano, whose engineering studies bring process innovation and growth. The three founders always try to stay true to their values, upon which they then built the core values of QP Mechanics.

From its earliest years, the company focused on the production of components and spare parts in hard metal, supported by Alessandro Testori, the first head of the mechanical tooling department. His experience played a key role in the company’s development, helping QP Mechanics establish itself over time as an international point of reference in the field.
Over the years, QP Mechanics has specialised in the machining of tungsten carbide (WIDIA) and tool steels, distinguishing itself in the production of hard metal dies and precision mechanical components for highly technical sectors, including:
- Cold forming of metal wire, strip, and sheet (small metal parts for various industries).
- Metal packaging (food and cosmetics sectors).
- Extrusion of aluminium tubes and cylinders (for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and food sectors).
- Dies for tablet compression machines (pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and sports sectors).
QP Mechanics has always paid close attention to technological and regulatory developments in the industry. This propensity for innovation has enabled the company to embrace the principles of theIndustry 4.0. The company boasts software-based monitoring of all processes-from bid processing to invoicing to management control.
Thanks to the technologies adopted, today the company is able to monitor every stage of production and provide customers with real-time images of the work in progress. A concrete example of how tradition and innovation can coexist to offer quality, transparency and precision.
Today, QP Mechanics continues to grow with the same family spirit and passion that inspired its foundation.
