Containers and components for multi-station presses
In the cold metal forming process taking place inside a multi-station press, each stage consists of various mechanical components.
In addition to the dies and punches, which are the actual working parts, there are the die set containers, their spacers, special caps, and inserts. There are also transport tongs and many other accessories, including those for the stages before forming, such as wire drawing rollers or cutting knives/bushes.
QP Mechanics supplies these components according to the customer's design.

Containers, spacers, and caps
QP Mechanics manufactures containers, spacers, and threaded caps according to customer designs. These components are used, for example, in wire drawing to ensure the precision of the total length of the die set.
These parts are manufactured with care and precision, either as individual spare parts or already assembled and ready for insertion into the press.
Knives and cutting bushings
QP Mechanics manufactures cutting bushings and cutting knives in steel, with carbide inserts, according to customer designs.
Knives and cutting bushings are used in metal wire cold forming, which includes an initial cutting phase of the wire section, through the relative movement between two cutting dies or between a cutting knife and a die.
