We produce the dies according to customer design, with extreme care for polishing, which is essential to allow the powder to flow optimally inside them.

Dies for tablet production
Pharmaceutical tablets are produced using rotary tablet presses, where the powder is pressed into appropriate dies.
The same equipment is also used to produce tablets for food supplements – for the sports sector and beyond – vitamin and nutritional complexes, and supplements for other medicine sectors such as phytotherapy, homeopathy, and others.
The substances present in these products’ powders are very often particularly abrasive. This means that the compression dies have exceptional anti-wear characteristics. For this reason, tungsten carbide inserts are used, as they can resist wear significantly better than steel.
