Wire and spark EDM

QP Mechanics performs wire EDM and spark EDM. The machine park in our possession allows us to perform wire EDM using machines equipped with linear motors that ensure very high precision over time, as well as equipped with a powerful latest generation generator, capable of easily eroding even hard metal details. These instruments also allow us to guarantee excellent roughness, while limiting to the minimum the phenomenon of decarburization of the cut surface, a typical effect of outdated technologies.

We are also able to perform simple plunge erosion with the use of a manual machine. We can also carry out more complex EDM by relying on a series of specialized collaborators equipped with special instruments.
